Learn Business Protection Basics You Can Implement WITHOUT Hiring A Lawyer!

Imagine how GREAT it would feel to know exactly what actions you you should take to protect yourself legally in your new online business.

Then imagine the time and  money you’d save  by being able to do these things by yourself, instead of paying an attorney to do that for you. Sounds pretty sweet, huh?

This FREE guide is specifically  designed to help you do just that! With this resource in hand, you’ll get step-by-step instructions about the fundamental things you can do right now, on your own, to protect your business and help it THRIVE.

Get Ready to Stock Your LegalToolbox

Every good DIYer knows that having the right tools for the project is the key to success. No one would use  a sledgehammer to fix a wonky door knob or a hammer to unclog a toilet.

And when you’re taking a DIY approach to legal protection for your business, you need the right tools too. But finding them isn’t as easy as going to a home improvement store and picking something up off the shelf. Plus, there’s so much conflicting information out there that it can be difficult to know where to begin.

This guide is meant to be a starting point to teach you what kinds of legal issues you can handle on a DIY basis and how you should handle them. Created specifically for entrepreneurs who sell their expertise, it covers the fundamental protections that their businesses need so they can feel confident that they’ve created a solid legal foundation for their companies, even if they don’t have 1:1 access to a lawyer for help.

Who Made This Guide?

Hi! I’m Faith Mitton. I’m an attorney based in New York City who helps entrepreneurs protect themselves legally.

I’m pretty chill and laidback, so  the  stuffy  “corporate law firm” thing doesn’t work me. That’s why I started my  own law firm to give business owners  a   better, more enjoyable  experience working with lawyers.

When I realized how many of  my  clients were service-based online business owners, it only made sense to focus my law practice on serving them!

But one  thing that continuously breaks my heart is when folks ask about legal services, only to put the church finger up and scoot on out once they hear how much it costs to work with  an attorney  1:1.

I   felt  that there was something else – something MORE –  I could be doing to help entrepreneurs with tight budgets  because I didn’t want them leaving important legal protections on the table!

So I set up a new business and started creating budget-friendly, DIY tools that these business owners could use to teach  themselves  how to use the law to their advantage.

Okay, Faith - Why'd You Make It?

Ever get that gnawing feeling in the pit of your stomach whenever you’re confronted with a new legal issue? I’ll tell you what that feeling is: FEAR.

Fear that you don’t completely understand what’s going on.

Fear that you’re exposing yourself and your business to unimaginable risks.

Fear that you’ll make a wrong move that’ll lead to horrible consequences.

Need I go on?

But as an attorney who has helped entrepreneurs to navigate countless legal issues over the years, I can tell you that fear goes away with knowledge. The more knowledgeable you are about legal stuff, the less panicky you’ll feel.

I want you to  help you become more knowledgeable because working with an attorney 1:1 isn’t always an option. My goal is to empower you with the information and strategies you need to be a successful legal DIYer.
